Need maintenance done on your home? We can direct you to our preferred vendors or maybe you already have someone in mind. With your authorization we can allow entry into your home. Confirm completion and quality of work. Chances are good your contractor can’t take a credit card. Now what? We can accept your credit card and give the contractor a check. Rest assured we do not make any money on what you are charged by the contractor. We will charge you a trip fee and an hourly fee above an hour of our time and will forward to you the contractors bill for your records. Locked yourself out?
